Hospital Policies

To allow ample time for all our patients, we operate primarily by appointment. Occassionally, an emergency case will arrive requiring our immediate attention. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, for we strive to provide for each client in a timely manner. For your convenience, a 'drop-off" service is available. You can leave you pet with us for a few hours and the doctors will examine him/her during the course of the stay. We would appreciate a morning arrival to give the doctors ample time to diagnose.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all your pet's vaccinations be up to date. By leaving your pet in our care, you are authorizing the doctor to provide vaccines as needed for your pet. Please advise the staff before admittiing if this is a concern.

Payment Policy

Full payment is due at the time that services are rendered. A deposit may be required on hospitalized patients, in which case we will estimate the costs of necessary medical care in advance. These recommendations may change based on the patients responsiveness to treatments and diagnostic results. Updated costs for hospitalization are available by request. A doctor's consultation is needed prior to preparing a written estimate of fees for services beyond basic well-pet care.
